You have chosen your bridesmaids . . . |
|
|||||||
What's next? Being chosen as a bridesmaid is an honour and this position has some responsibilities and duties that have to be attended too. It is a position that the bride has chosen for close friends to help prepare the wedding day and to stand beside the bride as she announces your marriage vows on her wedding day. Planning a wedding day can be a little daunting for some brides and she will need help to get to the other side of the big event. Being a bridesmaid is what it is, the bride's maid, to help and support the bride when needed and assist her on many shopping trips. The bridesmaids may be called upon to contribute in some decision making when it comes to such things like the wedding gown. Bridesmaids will be responsible for organising the bridal shower and hen's party. It is appropriate for the bride to show her appreciation for the bridesmaid's help that has been provided during the wedding planning and during the ceremony on the wedding day by presenting each bridesmaid with a 'thank you' gift. |
