CREDIT CARD VIA SECURED SHOPPING CART - You can use our secure online shopping cart to make your purchase and make payment with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You can place your order online and then telephone your credit card details.
AUSTRALIA POST MONEY ORDER - You can use our online shopping cart to make your purchase and post your money order to All About Weddings, PO Box 68, Ramsgate NSW 2217.
CREDIT CARD VIA TELEPHONE - You are welcome to phone All About Weddings with your order and provide credit card details.
DIRECT DEPOSIT - All About Weddings is happy to accept payments made directly to our bank account. Please will provide details on request.
Orders will only be dispatched once funds have been received and cleared.
Delivery.
All About weddings will deliver Australia wide.
All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
All orders are insured while in transit - please check condition of parcel prior to signing.
AUSTRALIA POST - Delivery times are reliant upon normal postal delivery times. We tend to use Australia Post express satchels whenever possible which offers a next day delivery within the Australia Post express network. Standard registered parcel postage generally takes from between 1-7 working days to be delivered depending of location within Australia.
FASTWAY COURIERS - Delivery normally next day to Sydney &
metro, North & Mid North Coast of NSW, Newcastle, Hunter Valley,
Central NSW Coast, Woolongong & district, ACT, Melbourne and metro, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast.
Two days to, Toowoomba, Gladstone, Bundaburg, Rockhampton. Three days to Mackay, Townsville, Cairns.
PLEASE NOTE: When dispatched via Fastway Couriers orders need to be signed for and will require an address where someone can receive it. Please advise an appropriate address. Workplace address is a popular alternative.
Damaged orders
We take all care when packaging orders but we cannot be responsible for mishandling during transit.
All orders are covered by insurance if proper procedures are taken.
Please check condition of packaging before taking possession or signing for package. In the event your order arrives damaged, please inform courier driver or Australia Post immediately follow by contacting All About Weddings by telephone 02 9583 1728 or email info@allaboutweddings.com.au .
In the event your order does not arrive within normal expected times, please contact us and we will endeavour to track your order.
Refund and exchanges
Please choose carefully. All About Weddings does not automatically refund for a wrong selection or change of mind. All About Weddings may exchange goods provided goods are returned in original packaging and condition.
Please contact All About Weddings on 02 9583 1728 or 0414517432 within 7 days of receiving order to obtain an exchange or return agreement.
For agreed returns all postal charges to be paid by customer.
Refund choices; a full credit note(less freight costs) or a refund less 10% plus freight. Purchases returned without an agreement will be refused.
NOTE: Colours may vary due to manufacturing process to each product. Products seen online do not always represent an identicle colour match as colour reproduction is limited beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on individual monitors.
No returns on confectionery, chocolates, almonds.
No returns will be permitted for personalised items unless they are faulty.
Freight
& postal charges
Freight charges on our shopping cart can be difficult as our product range is so varied both in size and weight. Couriers and Australia Post charge by weight or cubic measure (whichever the higher charge) and also incorporate distance to travel component. On our shopping cart our freight is based on an average weighted order (3-5kg) and destination to travel. Depending on individual order criteria we try to use the best value for all concerned.
If there is a large freight increase we will contact you for your approval prior to dispatch.

How long will my order take to be processed?
Off the shelf orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
But allow up to 10 working days for items that may be out of stock we will notify you if longer.
For orders requiring printing and or assembling delivery will vary depending on individual requirements.
Delivery will be stated wihin individual quote.
If I am not at home to accept my order when it arrives. What should
I do?
If it is normal for nobody to be home we advise you to provide an alternative address (work address is very popular).
But if you forget or called away from home when delivery is attempted you will receive a notice (card) advising you of the attempted delivery. You will be advised what to do to arrange pick up. In the rare event that your parcel does not arrive, then please email info@allaboutweddings.com.au,
or phone 02 9583 1728 and we will begin tracking down the location of your parcel with the assistance of the appropriate deliverer.
Do I have to order online?
ORDERING ONLINE IS PREFERRED.
If this is not convenient you can order by phone on 02 9583 1728 or
post to All About Weddings, PO Box 68, Ramsgate, NSW 2217.
Product availability
Orders are subject to product availability, changes or delays. In these circumstances you will be notified within 7 days from the date of receipt by telephone or email. You will then be given the option to wait for the new delivery date or to cancel order. In the event that a new circumstance comes to the fore after placing your order, All About Weddings reserves the right to cancel your order.
Do you accept international orders?
No. We only distribute within Australia.
