Returns Policy
As an online business we understand that some pieces of jewellery might not quite match your attire or accessories. All About weddings will gladly exchange jewellery items or provide a credit voucher.
However, we do NOT accept returns of any earrings because of health & safety regulations.
If you wish to return a product firstly contact All About Weddings for authorisation.
This must be done within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
All postage is the expense of the customer and not refundable.
We do encourage you to select your jewellery pieces carefully or ask for advice prior to ordering so as to prevent those additional postage expenses.
We reserve the right to reject any returns unless goods are returned to us in their original condition.
The return goods must be unworn, unused and in original saleable condition.
Returned goods that have been:- damaged, modified, tampered, labels removed, will not be accepted.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The return goods are your responsibility until they reach us.For your protection we recommend that you use a traceable and or insurable form of return mail.
