PRODUCT DISPLAY / COLOUR
All About Weddings attempts to display and describe products as accurately as possible on our Webite and cannot guarantee that the colour you see match the product colour exactly. Colour reproduction is limited and beyond our control - such as the hue/contrast settings on individual computer monitors, variations in photograph lighting or due to different manufacturer's batch processes.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All About Weddings makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products displayed on our Website. Product information is subject to change without notice. In the event we discover incorrect information due to typographical error or product information received from our suppliers in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with All About Weddings, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order any payments already charged for a purchase, All About Weddings will issue a credit to your account for the amount of the charge.
PRICING
All About Weddings makes every effort to provide correct pricing displayed on all products. Prices are subject to change at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or a shopping cart calculation error, All About Weddings will notify you of the error and the price correction, All About Weddings shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order if you choose not to accept the corrected pricing. Any payment that has been made or credit card charged All About Weddings prior to cancellation shall immediately issue a credit to your nominated bank account or credit card account in the amount of the charge.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ("GST")
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST. When placing an order the prices displayed on the shopping cart are pre-GST with the GST component shown separately.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT
If a product ordered is out of stock items may take an extra 2 days to 2 weeks for orders to be dispatched depending on suppliers. If an order is going to be delayed more than 4 days customers will be notified by email accordingly.
ORDER VALIDATION AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order with All About Weddings, you agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the Site. We may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the All About Weddings website is an offer to purchase our products. All About Weddings may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or may for some reason decline to accept your order or any part of your order. All About Weddings may cancel any part of an order without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if; the product in that order is not available or there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site for the product in that order or that we reasonably believe your order has been placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions. If we were to decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have provided with your order and will not charge you for the cancelled order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by All About Weddings until the product has been shipped.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
When you place an order through the All About Weddings Website, you are required to provide a valid email address which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back ordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that All About Weddings will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid email address.
ORDERING
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend you make your purchase via the Shopping Cart on the All About Weddings website. However, if you are not able to access the site, All About Weddings is happy to take your order by phone. Please feel free to contact us on (02) 6699 2536. Outside of normal business hours you may leave a message, an All About Weddings representative will be more than happy to return your call to take your order or enquiry.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
All About Weddings delivers to customers only within Australia. All products are checked for quality prior to and when being packaged for dispatch to make sure all customers receive their order in good condition.
All About Weddings chooses to use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post (Registered Parcel Post, Express or Platinum Express Post services), as applicable and available, to ensure your goods arrive as quickly and safely as possible. All options are trackable and usually require a signature on delivery. Dispatch is usually made within 24 hours of payment received and delivery times range from 1 to 7 working days depending on destination within Australia. Not including weekends or public holidays.
AUSTRALIA POST - Delivery times are reliant upon normal postal delivery times. Australia Post express satchels; next day delivery within the Australia Post express network or registered parcel post from 1-7 working days depending on location within Australia.
FASTWAY COURIERS - Most delivery times range from 1 to 3 working days, up to 7 working days for longer distances.
In the event your order does not arrive within normal expected times, please contact us if you have any concerns and we will endeavour to track your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
We take all care and precautions when packaging all orders to prevent damage during transit.
All orders are covered by insurance during transit if proper procedures are taken. Firstly, please check condition of packaging before taking possession of order.
In the event your order appears damaged, please inform courier driver or Australia Post, immediately followed by contacting us at All About Weddings 02 6699 2536 or email info@allaboutweddings.com.au
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Before shipping out an order, all items are checked as part of our control processes. If however a product reaches the customer in a sub-standard condition, the customer has the option of contacting All About Weddings at info@allaboutweddings.com.au within 5 days of receiving it to organise for the defective product to be exchanged, or to receive a complete refund of the purchase amount.
RETURNS
All customers must contact All About Weddings for authorisation before returning any product. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment for returns. All About Weddings is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for advice prior to ordering by placing a product enquiry before purchasing as we do not accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrectly ordered, incompatible or unsuitable goods. Returns under this category will be at All About Weddings' discretion and may attract a restocking fee of 10%.
We reserve the right to reject any returns unless goods are returned to us in their original packaging. Returns of products that have been:- dropped, damaged, modified, tampered, any manufacturer labels removed, will not be accepted.
Products that have been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to All About Weddings within 5 calendar days of the return agreement. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, and documentation that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
We do not accept any returns of any products that may breach the health & safety regulations such as earrings.
All shipping charges for products returned to All About Weddings will be at the expense of the customer.
Turnaround time for returns may depend on the availability of the replacement product from us, or should we no longer have the item in stock from our manufacturer.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All About Weddings accepts payments by MasterCard, Visa, American Express through our secure online accredited payment system. If you prefer not to provide your credit card details online please telephone your card details to All About Weddings on (02) 6699 2536. Other payment options can be made by Australia Post Money Order or by Direct Deposit. For Direct Deposit payments please telephone or email to request our banking details. Once payment is confirmed your order will be dispatched.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge and accept that, to the extent permitted by law, All About Wedding’s liability is limited only to refunding the price or replacing the products as provided for. All About Weddings is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss.
All About Weddings will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible event.
CLEARANCE STOCK AND SALE ITEMS
There are no returns on Clearance Stock or Sale Items. Please choose carefully!
Clearance Stock items are offered for sale at a discount. We endeavour to keep our on-line Clearance Stock selection up-to-date but do not guarantee availability of any item at any time. These items may be limited and only available while stock last.
PRIVACY POLICY
If you enquire about products and services, purchase products and services, or register to receive information about promotions we need to collect personal information about you, which may include your name, address, email address, telephone number(s), and details about your wedding or occasion. The reason we need this information is so we can make arrangements to send you details of your purchase, send you your purchase, to notify you in the case we cannot fulfil your order, or to send you information about promotions. We also need some of this information in order to process your online credit card payment. You may request variation, amendment or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at info@allaboutweddings.com.au.
All About Weddings will not sell or trade or disclose personal information about you to or with any third parties.
If you make a purchase through our website, we process your credit card details securely over the Internet using an accredited Internet payment security system.
